Trial Account First

We offer free trial accounts so you can test our service before purchasing a subscription.
 If you are not satisfied during the trial, we strongly advise you not to purchase a long-term plan, as refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction after purchase.


Slow Internet or Technical Setup Issues

If your internet connection is too slow or unstable, our IPTV services may not work properly.
We do not provide refunds for issues related to your internet speed or lack of device compatibility.
Please make sure to read our setup guides and verify that your devices support our service before making a purchase.


Incorrect Setup is Not Refundable

If you experience difficulties setting up the service, this does not qualify for a refund.
Our support team is available 24/7 to help you through the process. Make sure to watch our tutorials and follow the setup instructions carefully.


Payment Errors

If you accidentally purchased the wrong service (e.g., selected a 1-year plan instead of a 3-month plan), please submit a ticket with the title:
“Payment Error”

Our support team will review your case and process a refund if the mistake is verified.


Expired Accounts (7 Days Rule)

Refund requests will not be accepted if more than 7 days have passed since your subscription began.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Create a new support ticket.

  3. Clearly explain your reason and choose the correct category, such as “Payment Error” if applicable.

  4. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
